The control system of the equipment using 12 pulse rectifier dual frequency power supply of our newly developed load, using the parallel resonant circuit in the melting power factor can reach more than 0.92, power factor and power efficiency than similar products increased by about 5%, energy-saving products, and can effectively eliminate 5 times, 7 times, 11 times harmonic pollution on power grid.The melting equipment has the characteristics of fast melting speed, energy saving and reducing consumption, and stable and reliable operation.The service life of the complete set of equipment shall be designed and manufactured at less than 25 years.
