10 Ton Capacity Heavy Steel Shell Induction Melting Furnace

The 15-ton parallel medium frequency furnace system is used for the production of steel castings and iron castings.

It consists of a set of dual-powered 12-pulse medium frequency power supply of no less than 8000KW and two 15-ton coreless steel shell induction melting furnaces and auxiliary equipment required for the normal operation of the system.

 

Product Description

A dual-powered 12-pulse parallel resonant medium frequency power supply with a single output can work with one electric furnace (commonly known as one-to-one) and the other furnace body is spare.

The power cabinet and the furnace body use their own independent closed-circuit circulating water system, including closed-circuit cooling towers, heat exchangers, etc. All water cooling system pipelines are non-ferrous metals and stainless steel, and there are no rusty iron parts.

The rectifier transformer uses a primary high voltage to reduce the input voltage suitable for the medium frequency power supply. The primary voltage is 10KV, and the secondary adopts DY11, d0 wiring 12-pulse rectification form.

15t 12-pulse Medium Frequency Power Supply Cabinet

All components of the parallel resonant single output medium frequency power supply are installed in a closed cabinet.
The incoming power supply is 900V, 12 phases 6 phases (12 pulses), 50HZ.

The power cabinet is equipped with a melting manager. The single chip microcomputer and human-machine interface form a convenient melting manager with functions including: automatic furnace drying, cold furnace start-up, fault diagnosis, fault information display and storage, operation information display, system status display, etc.

 
 
Inverter Capacitor Group

The capacitor is installed in a fully enclosed capacitor cabinet, and the cabinet is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 3 mm.

A pressure switch is installed on each capacitor. When the pressure inside the capacitor increases, it will send a signal to cut off the power supply.

The capacitor is equipped with a discharge resistor inside and can discharge through the electric furnace coil. The discharge can be completed within 5 minutes after the power is cut off.
