Application:Electric arc furnace mainly used in smelting of high-quality carbonsteel, stainless-steel, alloy-steel and other metals, which is the mainequipment for scrap smelting.
Features:
1. EAF is a furnace that heats the charged material by means of an electric arc and electricity as the main energy sources.
2. The arc zone temperature can reach up to 3,000ºC ,the meltingtemperature more than 1700ºC.
3. Regardless of good quality steel scrap or poor, all can be charged in EAF as feedstock, and achieve high quality steel (Such as carbon steel can be charged in EAF to obtain stainless steel).
4. Output of EAF much more than others scrap smelting furnace.

1.Tapping spout: For production lines equipped with secondary refining furnace, completely desulfurize, remove impurities, adjust ingredients of molten steel are available.
2.EBT (eccentric bottom tapping): Desulfurization, remove impurity, adjust chemical ingredients of molten steel in the smelting procedure of EAF.
