The equipment is configured with one electric furnace and two furnaces, and the intermediate frequency power supply is configured with 12 pulse 1800KW/0.5KHZ. The complete equipment consists of a KGPS1800KW/0.5KHZ dual rectifier parallel inverter intermediate frequency power supply, two 3-ton steel shell electric furnaces with magnetic conductors, a set of reactive power compensation capacitors, a hydraulic tilting furnace system, and a tilting furnace operation console. The transformer is provided by the user themselves.
The control system of this complete set of equipment adopts our company's latest developed twelve pulse double rectification type intermediate frequency power supply, and the load adopts parallel resonant circuit. The power factor can reach 0.92 or above during melting, and the power factor and electrical efficiency are about 5% higher than similar products. It is an energy-saving product and can effectively eliminate the pollution of harmonics such as 5th, 7th, and 11th to the power grid. This melting equipment has the characteristics of fast melting speed, energy saving and consumption reduction, stable and reliable operation, etc. The service life of the complete equipment shall be designed and manufactured for no less than 25 years.
