Power supply requirements
a. The main circuit supply voltage is 1OKV, with a fluctuation of no
more than 5%, and the three-phase imbalance is no more than 5%.
b. The power supply voltage of the control system is 220V, with a
fluctuation of no more than 5%.
c. The power supply voltage of the main circuit and control system
must be a sine wave, with waveform distortion not exceeding 10%.

Electrical technical description
The electrical part of the equipment includes power rectifier transformers, intermediate frequency power control cabinets,
compensation capacitor banks, water cooling systems, etc.
A. Power transformer (provided by the user)
The power rectifier transformer is used to reduce the 1OKV high
voltage of the power grid to a voltage suitable for intermediate
frequency power supply. This equipment adopts a 12 pulse rectifier
transformer specifically designed for smelting, which is oil
immersed and self cooled. The rated capacity of the transformer is
2200KVA, with a primary voltage of 1KV and a secondary voltage of 660V; Two sets of winding outputs, star and delta, with a short-circuit impedance between 6% and 8%. On the high-voltage side of the transformer, there is an unloaded manual voltage regulating switch that can be adjusted in three levels: -5%, 0%, and+5%
