The furnace door water cooling block is a cooling device installed near the furnace door of the steelmaking electric arc furnace.

The water-cooling furnace door block of the electric arc furnace and industrial electric furnace is a frame suspension structure, that is, the water-cooling furnace door block is fixed by connecting the top hanging and the bottom hanging with the water-cooling frame, which can be quickly installed, replaced and disassembled.
After installation, connect the water inlet and return pipes, adjust the design pressure, and discharge the internal gas before putting it into use.
There are pressure, flow and temperature measuring devices on each water-cooling block inlet and return branch, and the minimum flow, minimum pressure, maximum alarm temperature, etc. are set, which are interlocked through the PLC system and displayed on the monitor screen.
The use of the furnace wall furnace door drum is monitored at any time to ensure its normal and safe use.
The water-cooling pipe gap sealing plate of this structure is spot welded on the steel water-cooling pipe and the copper water-cooling pipe, which can effectively prevent a large number of sparks from flying out during use, avoiding safety hazards and reducing some heat loss.
In addition, the place where the steel water-cooling pipe and the copper water-cooling pipe are connected is also welded by copper-steel composite welding process.
Structure of Water Cooling Copper Furnace Door Block
The copper-steel composite tube type and copper water cooling furnace door blocks structure used in steelmaking electric arc furnace are arranged on the furnace wall of electric arc furnace, including multiple rows of winding steel water cooling pipes, gap water cooling pipe sealing plates are arranged between steel water cooling pipes, and water cooling block inlet and return water inlet are arranged on one side of steel water cooling pipes.
The ends of the steel water cooling pipes in the bottom row of the multiple rows of winding steel water cooling pipes are connected with copper water cooling pipes. The bottom hanging is welded to the bottom two ends of the water cooling furnace door drum.
The specific position can be adjusted according to the actual use. The top hanging is fixed to the top two ends of the water cooling block and cooperates with the positioning pins of the furnace wall water cooling frame. The bottom hanging and the top hanging are mainly used to fix the water cooling block so that it can be safely installed on the furnace wall frame.
Usually, the copper water cooling pipe is at least one row of winding.
