Product Description
The conductive cross arm body is composed of copper steel composite plate or aluminum steel composite plate, with a rectangular cross-section. It is internally cooled through water circulation, without the need for water-cooled conductive copper pipes. This electrode conductive arm is designed to clamp and support electrodes, while also transmitting electrical energy to the electrodes for heating and temperature elevation purposes.
The conductive arm of the electric arc furnace is mainly composed of a front electrode conductive arm bracket, a water-cooled clamping ring, an arm body, and a rear conductive copper plate.
In electric arc furnaces and submerged arc furnaces, a large number of insulation components are installed between the electrode conductive support and the conductive cross arm, greatly simplifying the structure of the cross arm, making it a new type of ultra-high power arc electrode arm. furnace.
The electrode arm is a conductive cross arm, which is a fully water-cooled box structure made of copper steel composite plate. The side of the front section of the lateral arm and the front section of the middle arm are respectively equipped with electrode clamping mechanisms. The electrode clamping adopts a disc spring clamping form, that is, during normal operation, the electrode is clamped by the disc spring, and when releasing the electrode, the disc spring is compressed by the hydraulic cylinder. The conductive part is insulated from the ground once, that is, the cross arm and the column are insulated with insulating cloth boards. The electrode distribution circle can be adjusted by ± 50mm.
