The design and manufacture of HX-20t high power three-phase steelmaking arc furnace is according to GB10067.1-4 "Basic specifications for electroheat installation ". It is used for melting carbon and alloy steel and supply molten steel for refining equipment. Tapping is EBT. The production per year of one furnace that equip with auxiliary energy will be above 10,0000t.
- Service to assurance
- Equipment assignment plan and foundation condition drawings are provided to client
- Operation instruction, drawings for repair and operation purpose and some relevant technical material are provided to client.
- Free of charge to instruct technical assembling and commissioning, training operators on worksite.
- At the condition of client following the specification of transport, storage, assembling and operation, from the date of goods send out, in 12 months if the product can not operate normally or damage happened caused by manufacture error, it is our responsible to repair or replace. It is free of charge. Pieces that are wear and tear easily are except.
- If products problem occurred, after client's information received, we will reply and give treaty measures in 24 hours. If worksite service is required, we will send service man in 72 hours.
