A dual-powered 12-pulse parallel resonant medium frequency power supply with a single output can work with one electric furnace (commonly known as one-to-one) and the other furnace body is spare.
The power cabinet and the furnace body use their own independent closed-circuit circulating water system, including closed-circuit cooling towers, heat exchangers, etc. All water cooling system pipelines are non-ferrous metals and stainless steel, and there are no rusty iron parts.
The rectifier transformer uses a primary high voltage to reduce the input voltage suitable for the medium frequency power supply. The primary voltage is 10KV, and the secondary adopts DY11, d0 wiring 12-pulse rectification form.

* Full design of the process and layout of the medium frequency furnace system;
* Design, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning and function realization of the complete set of induction furnace system equipment;
* All kinds of construction projects required for induction melting furnace system equipment, including design data of various equipment foundations, pits, troughs, pipe trenches, houses, etc.;
* Full design, installation and commissioning of the power supply system, electrical automation control system, energy medium system, meter system, etc. involved in smelting equipment;
