Principle:
The conductive cross arm of the electric furnace is used to clamp and support the electrode, and transmit electrical energy to the electrode to heat it up.

3. All threaded holes are embedded with stainless steel threaded sleeves, and bolts are made of 304 stainless steel material.
4. All water and oil pipes are made of stainless steel.
5. Welding adopts specific welding processes.
6. After welding, the quality-check water pressure is 0.8MPa, and there is no leakage after holding for 1 hour.
7. All welds are tested by UT. All welds shall pass UT testing.
8. Before leaving the factory, inspect the assembly dimensions of the three cross arms and evaluate whether the on-site usage data meets the requirements. After passing the inspection, proceed with exterior paint packaging.
