Product Description

,    This technical solution is applicable to steel smelting, and the equipment is configured in parallel with one electric furnace and two furnaces. The intermediate frequency power supply is configured with 6 pulse waves of 700KW/1KHZ. The complete set of equipment consists of one KGPS700KW/1KHZ single rectifier parallel inverter full bridge intermediate frequency power supply, two sets of 0.75 ton steel shell with guide magnet fixed-point casting molten iron electric furnace bodies (with extended furnace nozzles to meet the needs of on-site fixed-point casting into insulation pouring bags), one set of capacitor bank, one set of hydraulic tilting furnace system, one tilting furnace operation platform, one set of closed cooling tower, etc.
   This smelting equipment has the characteristics of fast melting speed, energy saving and consumption reduction, stable and reliable operation. The service life of the complete set of equipment shall be designed and manufactured for no less than 25 years.
